You will be contacted a few days in advance of the show day by your VIP Guide to inform you where the VIP meeting point is.

Times will be decided and sent one day before the show, but please keep 2PM local time in mind when purchasing!

You will pick up your PERKS at the beginning of the VIP Experience!

If you forget to give your T-Shirt size when ordering, please send an e-mail as soon as possible after ordering, stating your size. Without knowing your size, we cannot promise that we will have your size.

If you have a problem and cannot make it to the event, please contact us per e-mail at least 48 hours in advance: [email protected]. Please note that we do not issue refunds but will do our best to consider each individual situation - so please just write us if there is an issue! There are no refunds for no-shows!
